摘要
目的探讨综合护理在胫腓骨骨折护理中的效果。方法随机抽取2014年1~12月来我院治疗的50例胫腓骨骨折患者作为本次研究对象,依据抽签方式分为实验组与对照组,每组各25例患者,对照组患者实施常规骨科护理,实验组患者在常规护理的基础上,予以患者综合护理,对比分析两组患者护理满意率。结果实验组患者护理总满意率为96%,对照组患者护理满意率为68%,实验组护理效果优于对照组,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论综合护理在胫腓骨骨折护理中的应用效果良好。
Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing in tibiofibula fractures. Methods Randomly selected from January to December 2014 to the hospital treatment of 50 patients with fracture of tibiofibula as the research object,on the basis of lottery,they were divided into the experimental group and control group,each group of 25 patients. Control group used the regular orthopaedic care,for the experimental group patients,on the basis of conventional nursing care,used comprehensive care to patients,then compared two groups of patients＇ satisfaction rate. Results The total satisfaction rate of the patients in the experimental group was 96%,control group patients of nursing satisfaction rate was 68%. The effect was obviously better than that of control group,with statistical significance,P 0.05. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing care in the application of tibiofibula fracture,the effect is remarkable.
