摘要
目的通过实验探究对择期实施腹腔镜胆囊切除术的患者在围手术期进行护理的方法及其效果。方法收集我院治疗的胆囊疾病需要择期进行手术的患者50例作为研究对象。对实验组患者实施系统的围手术期护理,对照组患者实施全程基础护理。结果实验组术后效果好于对照组,同时实验组术后并发症少于对照组。结论对择期实施腹腔镜胆囊切除术在其围手术期实施系统的护理,可以大幅度提高手术效果,降低并发症的发生率。
Objective To explore the effect of nursing and by experimental method in the perioperative period of laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients. Methods Collected requiring elective surgical patients 50 patients with gallbladder disease as the research object in our hospital. Perioperative nursing system for the patients in the experiment group,the control group of patients throughout the implementation of basic nursing. Results The experimental group of postoperative effect was significantly better than the control group,postoperative complications were significantly less than the control group. Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the perioperative nursing,can greatly improve the effect of surgery,reduce the incidence of complications.
