围手术期护理干预在鼻息肉摘除术临床护理中的应用价值分析

Application Value of Perioperative Nursing Intervention in Patients With Nasal Polypectomy

目的分析围手术期护理干预在鼻息肉摘除术临床护理中的应用价值。方法对160例择期进行鼻息肉摘除术患者进行实验观察,按照不同护理方法将患者分为干预组和常规组,干预组患者采取围手术期护理干预,常规组采取常规护理。对比观察两组患者的护理效果,随访1年观察两组患者的复发率。结果干预组患者的临床护理总有效率高于对照组,观察组患者的复发率低于对照组,数据对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对择期进行鼻息肉摘除术患者采取围手术期护理干预措施有利于顺利的完成手术,提高护理质量。

Objective To analyze the perioperative nursing intervention in clinical nursing application value in nasal polyp removal. Methods 160 patients undergoing elective of nasal polyps enucleation were observed in the experiment. According to different methods of nursing care in the patients were divided into intervention group and normal group,the patients in the intervention group took peri operative nursing intervention,the routine group took routine nursing. Compared the nursing effect of two groups. One year follow-up,observation of two groups of patients with recurrence. ResultsThe clinical nursing of patients with the total effective rate was significantly higher than the control group,the recurrence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,with significant difference（P 0.05）. Conclusion Nasal polypectomy patients take nursing intervention in perioperative period is conducive to the successful completion of surgery,improve the quality of nursing.
