品管圈在骨创伤患者下肢深静脉血栓预防中的应用

Application of Quality Control Circle in Prevention of Deep Venous Thrombosis of Lower Limb in Patients With Bone Trauma

目的研究分析品管圈在骨创伤患者下肢深静脉血栓预防中的应用价值。方法选择我院2014年10月~2015年10月接收的骨创伤患者78例作为研究对象,实施品管圈活动,分析2014年10月~2015年3月38例骨创伤患者下肢深静脉血栓预防中问题,提出并实施改进措施,调查2015年4~10月40例骨创伤患者下肢深静脉血栓发生情况,比较品管圈活动实施前、后的调查结果。结果品管圈活动实施前下肢深静脉血栓发生率高于实施后,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论品管圈在骨创伤患者下肢深静脉血栓预防中的应用效果优。

Objective To study quality control circles in patients with bone trauma of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis of application value. Methods From October 2014 to October 2015,received 78 patients with bone trauma as the research object in the implementation of quality management circle activity. Analysis from October 2014 to March 2015,38 patients with bone trauma were lower extremity deep vein thrombosis prevention problems, put forward and implement improvement measures. Survey in April 2015 to October 2015,40 cases of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis occurred in patients with bone trauma,compared before and after implementation of the quality management circle activity survey results. Results The quality control circle activities after the implementation of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis,the incidence was higher than before,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）. Conclusion The quality control circle in patients with bone trauma of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis,the prevention application value is high.
