ICU护理实施分层分组护理管理模式的效果观察

Observation on Effect of ICU Nursing in the Implementation of Hierarchical Grouping Management Mode

目的对ICU护理实施分层分组护理管理模式的临床效果进行观察、探讨和分析。方法我院于2014年12月~2015年12月在ICU试行分层分组护理管理模式,将我院ICU的20名护理人员根据年龄、学历、入职时间、临床经验等因素分为四个层次,其中第一层包括4位护理人员,分别被任命为4个护理小组的组长,从其他各层分别抽出2~3名护理人员组成小组,每组人数均为5人。以护理小组为单位开展ICU内的护理工作,由护理小组负责安排ICU护理人员分层培训。在ICU护理实施分层分组护理管理模式1年整后,比较采取该模式前后护理人员的工作满意度,同时对ICU的护理质量进行对比。结果 2014年12月ICU开展分层分组护理管理模式,ICU护理人员的工作满意度有一定提高,ICU的护理质量也升高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 ICU护理实施分层分组护理管理模式的总体效果较好,达到了人力资源的高效利用,并通过针对性培训提高了各层次护理人员的专业水平,提升了ICU护理工作的整体质量。

Objective To observe the ICU nursing in implementation of hierarchical grouping management mode of the clinical effect. Methods During December 2014 to December 2015,our hospital 20 nurses in ICU for stratified grouping management pattern,according to the ICU nursing staff induction time,age,education,clinical experience etc. they were divided into four levels,the first layer included four nurses,respectively,was appointed to four of the nursing team leader,drawing out from the other layers of 2 to 3 nursing staff team,number were 5 people in each group. Application in ICU nursing implementation hierarchical grouping management mode after 1 year,compared before and after the nurses＇ job satisfaction,at the same time the quality of ICU nursing were compared. Results Since December 2014,ICU carried out the stratified grouping nursing management mode,the ICU nurses＇ job satisfaction was significantly improved,the ICU nursing quality improved obviously,and the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）. Conclusion Hierarchical grouping nursing in ICU nursing management mode of the overall effect is good,effective use of human resources,and through the pertinence training to improve the nurses＇ professional level at every level,improve the overall quality of ICU nursing work.
