不同时间尿检对尿路感染患者检查结果的影响

Influences of urine test results at different time on patients with urinary tract infections

目的：探讨尿路感染患者不同时间尿检对检查结果的影响。方法2013年5月至2014年5月收治的尿路感染患者40例,收集晨尿,按4份划分,用全自动尿液分析仪在30 min、1 h、2 h、3 h对潜血、尿比重、红细胞、白细胞、酸碱度进行检测。结果与30 min比较,1、2、3 h尿干化学中定性试验比重、尿白蛋白、pH值、潜血及尿沉渣定量的红细胞和白细胞有形成差异未见统计学意义（P〉0．05）,但红细胞、尿白蛋白随时间延长有减少倾向。因采用显微镜镜检有一定局限性,对细胞具体个数无法计算,但在尿路感染的标本复核时与沉渣计算高度符合,对尿沉渣机在细胞识别的准确性上进行了检验。结论新鲜尿液收集3h内送检完成对尿常规检验结果造成的影响极小,尤其是红细胞、白细胞等,但基于相关领域大量研究结果,为达到准确、快速检验目的,尿液收集后2h内完成检测最为理想,因特殊原因在收集后3h内完成检测的也可指导临床治疗。

Objective To investigate the influence of different time on urine test results of patients with urinary tract infections. Methods Forty patients with urinary tract infections from May 2013 to May 2014 were selected. Their morning urine was collected and were divided into 4 copies. Urine was detected by fully automated urine analyzer on occult blood, urine specific gravity, red blood cells, white blood cells and power of hydrogen within 30 min, 1 h, 2 h and 3 h. Results Compared within 30 min, there was no obvious difference on proportion of qualitative test, urine albumin, power of hydrogen or occult blood in urine dry chemistry and visible components of red blood cells and white blood cells of quantitative urine sediment within 1, 2 and 3 h （P 〉0. 05）, but red blood cells and urine albumin had a tendency to reduce with the extension of time. Because of certain limitations of microscopic examination with micro-scope, specific numbers of cells cannot be computed. But when re-checking specimens of urinary tract infection, ac-corded with calculation height of sediment and accuracy of cell recognition by urine sediment machine was examined. Conclusions Fresh urine is collected with in 3 hours, and inspection needs to be completed. It has minimum influ-ence on result of urine routine test, especially on red blood cells, white blood cells and so on. A large number of re-search results based on related field, to achieve accurate and fast examination, urine collection should be completed with in 2 hours, which can get ideal result. Because of special reason detection is completed with in 3 hours after urine collection, which also can guide clinical treatment.
