肾脏皮质厚度与皮质期分肾功能相关性的增强CT研究 被引量:3

Enhanced CT study on the correlation between renal cortical thickness and cortical points renal function

摘要 目的:探讨皮质期分肾功能与肾皮质CT扫描结果之间的相关性。方法随机选取汝阳县人民医院2013年3月至2015年1月行肾脏CT检查者63例,包括34例梗阻性肾积水患者,29例肾肿瘤患者,共计115个肾。对患者进行CT扫描和SPECT检查,并根据其肾小球滤过率( GFR)值将其分为肾功能正常组、肾功能受损组和肾功能减弱组,采用单因素方差比较法和Pearson法对上述三组患者肾脏皮质厚度和皮质期分肾功能的相关性进行分析。结果三组增强CT扫描图像中的RI测量值、皮质期肾脏CT增强值比较差异有统计学意义( P〈0.05),单侧肾GFR值与RI值呈高度正相关(r=0.813,P〈0.05),同皮质期肾脏CT增强值呈高度正相关(r=0.854,P〈0.05)。结论通过对肾脏进行CT扫描并对其RI值、皮质期CT增强值进行测定,有助于对分肾功能进行判断,操作简单,可靠性较佳,建议在临床上进一步推广。 Objective To investigate the correlation between renal cortex of points function and CT scan results. Methods Randomly selected 63 patients received kidney CT scan from March 2013 to January 2015, including 34 cases of obstructive hydronephrosis, 29 cases of kidney cancer, a total of 115 kidney. Patient received CT scan and SPECT examination, and divided into normal renal function group, renal function group, and renal impairment group according to their GFR value. The corre lation between renal cortex and cortical thickness of sub-renal were analyzed by using ANOVA and Pearson method. Re-sults RI measurements and enhance the value of the kidney cortex among the three groups had signifi-cantly different ( P 〈0. 05 ) , with unilateral renal GFR and RI values were positively correlated ( r =0. 813 , P〈0. 05 ) , enhanced value with the cortex of the kidney CT showed a high positive correlation ( r=0. 854 , P〈0. 05 ) . Conclusions CT scans of the kidney and its RI measured value and enhance the value of the cortex of CT, contribute to the sub-renal judge, simple operation, better reliability, so it is recommended to further promote clinical adoption.
