血清C-反应蛋白在小儿肺炎诊断中的临床意义

Clinical significance of serum C-reactive protein in the diagnosis of children with pneumonia

目的：探讨血清C-反应蛋白水平在小儿肺炎诊断过程中的临床意义。方法对研究组肺炎患儿与对照组健康儿童的临床资料进行回顾性分析，记录研究组治疗前与对照组血清C-反应蛋白检验结果、研究组治疗前后血清C-反应蛋白检验结果、研究组不同疾病类型患儿血清C-反应蛋白检验结果。结果研究组治疗前血清C-反应蛋白水平显著高于对照组（ P〈0．05）；细菌性肺炎患儿治疗前血清C-反应蛋白水平最高，而病毒性肺炎患儿最低，研究组患儿治疗后血清C-反应蛋白水平较治疗前显著降低（P〈0．05）。结论血清C-反应蛋白是小儿肺炎临床诊断的重要依据，可显著提高小儿肺炎诊断正确率，临床医生利用血清C-反应蛋白检验结果可准确掌握肺炎患儿临床疗效，有利于保障其生活质量及生命安全。

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of serum C-reactive protein levels in children with pneumonia diagnosis. Methods The clinical data of children with pneumonia in study group and healthy children in the control group were retrospectively analyzed, the C-reactive protein before treatment in the study group and the control group, the C-reactive protein before and after treatment in the study group, the serum C-reactive protein of different types of diseases children were recorded. Results The serum C-reactive protein level before treatment in the study group were sig-nificantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0. 05）;the level of serum C-reactive protein of children with bacterial pneumonia before treatment was the highest, and that of the children with viral pneumonia was the lowest, the serum C re-active protein levels after treatment in the study group was significantly lower than before treatment （ P〈0. 05 ） . Conclu-sions Serum C-reactive protein is an important diagnosis index of children with pneumonia, which can significantly improve the accuracy of diagnosis of pneumonia in children, clinicians use of serum C-reactive protein test results can accurately grasp the clinical efficacy in children with pneumonia, will help protect their quality of life and life safety.
