B-HARD360高强钢GMAW焊缝金属组织及力学性能研究

摘要 本文针对国内某钢厂生产的B-HARD360高强钢,采用三种不同的热输入对其进行CO2气体保护焊接,研究了不同热输入对焊缝金属抗拉强度、冲击韧性及显微组织的影响。结果表明,随着焊接热输入的增加,焊接接头的抗拉强度减小,焊缝金属中先共析铁素体及侧板条铁素体组织增多;焊接热输入为13k J/cm时,焊缝金属的冲击吸收功(-40℃)最大达98J。
