摘要
根据国家经济发展需求,简要介绍了"十三五"期间配电网的总体规划,并从指导思想、规划原则、需求预测、规划目标、总体规模等方面进行了分析,指出配电网的规划建设应遵循统一规划、统一标准、科技创新、清洁发展、优化布局的原则。对配电网发展的先进适用技术、先进供电技术、先进用电技术等进行了展望,强调配电网建设应适应分布式电源接入,满足多元化负荷需求以及需加强需求侧管理,能提高能源利用率,使配电网能够协调、有序发展。
According to the requirments of economic development,introduced the overall planning of power distribution network simply,and analyzed from the aspects of guiding idilology,planning principles,demand forecastiong,planning target,total scale et al,then pointed out that the planning constrution should follow the princeples of unified planning,single standard,technological innovation,clean development,optimized layout. Looking forward the relevant technologies,emphasized the distribution generation is satisfied with the requirment of diversification load. It also can improve the energy utilization rate,and the power distribution can develop in coordination and order.
