考虑出力相关性的风电场群有功优化控制

摘要 大规模风电集群的有功出力控制是减小风电出力波动对电网造成冲击的重要研究问题,在考虑多风电场间出力波动相关性的基础上,计及线路损耗和风电场的实时有功出力约束,建立风电基地与主电网传输线上波动功率最小的优化控制模型,提出了一种带出力预测的风电集群有功功率优化控制方法。以实际风电集群连接方式搭建仿真模型,采用实际风电场的数据验证了所提方法的有效性。 Active power control of wind farms cluster is an important research field for reducing the impacts of wind power fluctuation on power grid. After building the optimal control model of minimizing power fluctuation on transmission line between wind farm base and main grid,an active power optimal predictive control strategy of wind farms cluster was presented. The control strategy considered the correlation of wind power fluctuation of wind farms,line losses and real-time output limit. Then,simulation model based on the structure of real wind farm cluster was established and the real wind farm output data were used on the simulation. It is shown that the proposed control strategy can reduce the power fluctuations of wind cluster.
