摘要
以某型号交流接触器用单线圈E型电磁机构为研究对象,利用Maxwell3D软件建立三维仿真模型,分析其动态吸合特性,并通过试验验证了仿真模型的准确性。在此基础上,分析了动、静铁心高度,静铁心底部厚度,铁心中柱截面积等参数对吸合特性的影响,为电磁机构的优化设计提供了理论基础。
This paper takes a single coil and E-type electromagnetic mechanism of a certain type of AC contactor as the research object. Then it established a three-dimensional simulation model using Maxwell3 D,and analyzed the dynamic actuation characteristics. The accuracy of the simulation model was verified by experiments. On this basis,parametric simulations of the core height,thickness of the bottom of the static iron core,and cross section of the core column were analyzed,providing the theory basis for optimal design of electromagnetic mechanism.
