摘要
随着小型断路器(MCB)越来越小型化,灭弧区域的空间也越来越小,研究发现灭弧区域的气流场对电弧熄弧的影响越来越大,对灭弧区域气流场的合理设计十分必要。针对某小型化MCB灭弧区域的改进优化,通过电弧仿真和高速摄影分析和研究灭弧区域的气流场,提高产品的短路分断能力。
With the trend toward miniaturization of miniature circuit breakers( MCB),as well as the space of arc extinguishing area decreases,the impact of airflow field of the arc extinguishing area on arc extinction is increasing.Rational design of the airflow field of the arc extinguishing area becomes necessary. Based on the optimization of the arc extinguishing area of a certain type MCB,the airflow field of the arc extinguishing area by means of arc simulink and high speed photogrephy was analysed. It can improve the short-circuit breaking capacity of MCB.
