摘要
以岩棉保温材料、铝箔、憎水材料作为主要原料,经过原材料处理、复合成型、干燥等工艺制备岩棉复合保温材料,能够有效降低热辐射损失,提高热效率。利用扫描电子显微镜对复合材料断口进行微观形貌分析。结果表明,试验确定耐高温复合憎水剂掺量为5%,此时憎水率为99.1%;热能设备在高温阶段600℃时,热辐射传热将占全部热传递能量的60%以上,铝箔的复合可提高保温材料的防热辐射性能,降低其高温综合换热系数、提高保温隔热性能;试验选用无机耐高温黏结剂XZ-T002为最佳黏结剂,铝箔黏结界面拉拔强度为0.89MPa。
Use rock wool lightweight thermal insulation material, aluminum foil and waterproof material as the mainraw materials, after the treatment of raw materials, molding compound, drying and other process, prepared into thermal equipment composite rock wool insulation materials. Use SEM observed the micro topography the fracture surface of the composite. The results show the test give high priority to the use of compound mineral additive (mixing,dipping), determining the compound content is 5%, the best ratio: content is 2%, dip coating amount is 3%, at 24h,48 water repellent rate is 99.1% and 92.75% respectively. With the increase of temperature of aluminum foil/rockwool composite thermal conductivity insulation materials (isothermal) decrease the amount increasing, the incorporation of aluminum foil can effectively improve samples under high temperature heat insulation performance.
