摘要
建筑产业化是未来建筑产业的发展方向,是国家和政府大力支持的建筑业生产方式,装配式钢结构建筑是完美适合建筑产业化要求的建筑结构形式。但现阶段,装配式钢结构建筑的外墙维护体系的技术条件不成熟,制约了装配式钢结构建筑的发展。通过介绍装配式钢结构建筑的特点,简述了目前钢结构外墙维护体系的材料选择与节点设计要求。
Construction industrialization is the direction of the future construction industry under the strong supportof state and government. Prefabricated steel structure is the type of construction which meets the requirement of construction industrialization. But now, the technology of prefabricated steel structure wall system is not mature, it limitsthe development of construction industrialization. This paper introduces the characteristics of construction industrialization, the material selection and the demand of joint construction.
