摘要 采用改进型杯式燃烧器实验装置,研究氟化酮对正庚烷燃料火的灭火作用过程及临界灭火参数,依据彭-罗宾逊(Peng-Robinson)方程计算不同温度下的氟化酮比容,在此基础上计算得出氟化酮对正庚烷的临界灭火浓度,并与现有洁净气体灭火剂对比.结果表明,氟化酮与正庚烷火相互作用后,火焰变大、温度降低,且达到临界灭火浓度后的灭火时间为4,s.氟化酮比容与温度呈线性关系,温度越高,氟化酮比容越大.氟化酮对于正庚烷的临界灭火浓度约为4.6%,,比七氟丙烷低约28%,.在20,℃设计温度下,氟化酮的临界灭火质量浓度为688.2,g/m3,比七氟丙烷高约38%,. As a new kind of Halon replacement,dodecafluoro-2-methylpentan-3-one has received great attention forits good environmental performance and toxicological property.This paper studied the extinguishing property of dodecafluoro-2-methylpentan-3-one on n-heptane fuel based on a modified cup-burner apparatus.The fire suppressionprocess and critical extinguishing parameters of dodecafluoro-2-methylpenta-3-one on n-heptane fuel were studiedexperimentally,and the specific volumes of fire extinguishing agent under different temperatures were calculatedbased on Peng-Robinson equation.On this basis,the critical extinguishing concentration of dodecafluoro-2-methylpentan-3-one on n-heptane fuel was calculated and compared with existing clean chemical gas fire extinguishingagents,such as HFC-227ea,HFC-236fa,etc.It is found that,with the use of dodecafluoro-2-methylpentan-3-one,the n-heptane flame gets larger and the flame temperature decreases during fire suppressing,and the fire extinguishingtime is only 4 s after reaching the critical extinguishing concentration.The results show that there is a linearrelationship between the specific volume of dodecafluoro-2-methylpentan-3-one and temperature,and the higherthe temperature is,the greater the specific volume will be.The results critical extinguishing volume concentration ofdodecafluoro-2-methylpentan-3-one on n-heptane fuel is about 4.6%,,which is approximately 28% lower than HFC-227,ea.The critical extinguishing mass concentration of dodecafluoro-2-methylpentan-3-one is about 688.2g/m^3 at 20℃,which is approximately 38% larger than HFC-227ea.
