Classics-orientation in Studies of A Dream of Red Mansions

《红楼梦》研究经学取向有两层涵义。一是视《红楼梦》为文化经典,以宗经、征圣的态度看待《红楼梦》;二是借鉴传统治经学的方法来研究《红楼梦》。《红楼梦》研究借鉴传统经学,导致重史料而轻文本,是其不足。《红楼梦》研究经学化最终归结到作为经学核心的传统文献学在红学中的承续与确立,切望有利于集中力量,整合资源,推动红学的学科建设与发展。

The classics-orientation of researches on A Dream of Red Mansions has two-tier implications:to consider the novel as a cultural classic with worship and appreciation attitudes,and to adopt traditional classics study methods to analyze the novel,which often overemphasize historical materials and neglect the novel text itself.The classics-orientation may finally attribute to the inheritance and establishment of traditional philology,the core of classics,in the novel.This article is expected to concentrate power and integrate more resources to promote the subject construction and development of the study of A Dream of Red Mansions.
