摘要
综述了不同应变率响应条件下炸药装药安全性最新研究进展.通过对炸药装药应用中常用的应变率范围为1~106 s-1的大型落锤实验技术、分离式霍普金森压杆(SHPB)实验技术、一级轻气炮实验技术等进行了评述.分析了不同应变率响应条件下炸药装药安全性实验中存在的问题.根据炸药装药安全性研究的趋势,认为应加强中高应变率响应实验技术的发展,重点完善落锤-霍普金森压杆实验系统的理论及试验体系,提高一级轻气炮实验技术的可控性及重复性.附参考文献61 篇.
The latest research progress on the safety of explosive charge under different strain-rate response conditions was summarized.The experimental techniques of large drop hammer,separating Hopkinson pressure bar (SHPB)and one-stage light-gas gun with strain rate range from 1 to 106 s-1 commonly used in application of explosive charge were reviewed.The problems existed in the safety experiment of explosive charge under different strain-rate response were analyzed.According to the trends of safety of explosive charge,considering that the development of experimental techniques of response under middle-high strain-rate should be strengthened,theory and experimental system for drop hammer-Hopkinson bar should be emphatically improved,the controllability and repeatability of experimental techniques of one-stage light-gas gun should be highlighted.With 61 references.
