摘要
介绍了一款基于DPA控制的单路输出DC/DC变换器设计。该变换器的电气指标为输出5V/10W,通过主要技术指标要求,确定了设计参数,并采用PI公司生产的DPA425R作为主控芯片实现对工作脉冲宽度的调节,该芯片将变换器主控制芯片与功率MOS开关集成于一身,具有体积小、功能强的特点,进而设计出了结构框图和电路原理图等。成功解决了DC/DC变换器由体积、质量限制带来的矛盾,在保证纹波噪声、体积和重量等重要指标均满足要求的情况下仍具有较高的电源效率,并且具备了高稳定、高可靠的品质。
The Design of single channel output DC / DC converter based on the DPA control is described in this paper. The main technical specification,output 5V /10 W,is referred to determine the design parameters. The main control chip,DPA425 R from PI Company,is used to realize the adjustment for pulse width. The chip,integrated the main control chip of the converter and the power of MOS switch together,has the characteristics of small volume and strong power. And the composition diagram and the circuit principle diagram are designed accordingly,with high stability and reliability,which solves the problems of the volume and weight and keeps high efficiency in the required conditions of ripple noise,volume and weight.
