摘要
本文运用文献分析法,在查阅相关老龄事业文件的基础上,寻求其与老年教育衔接点,并联系我国老年教育发展的实际,就在老龄事业发展大局中推进老年教育可持续发展的问题,提出9个方面的思路和对策。
With the reference of related document of elderly career,the method of documenta-tion analysis is adopted in thia paper to study the problem:how to unite elderly career with elderly education? with the combination of elderly education, ideas and strategies in 9 respects are put for-ward to solve the problem of prompting sustainable development of elderly education during the process of advancement of elderly career.
