摘要
数字化学习方式的创新需要在数字化学习环境的创设、数字化学习资源的建构上有新的思考和突破。教育实践社区以数字化网络平台为载体,将有着同样的目标、同样的工作或者同样兴趣的一群人聚合在一起形成学习共同体,围绕他们共同的专长或工作,通过交换思想和分享知识,在一种信任和支持的环境里积极地学习和探讨,他们将知识从个人水平上升到组织水平,最终实现知识共享与创新。通过教育实践社区网络平台的建构与应用,在促进学习者的学习能力和创新能力的提升、促进学习者情感的和谐交融以及促进学习者知识建构与知识分享以达到群体性智慧的形成等方面具有重要意义。
The innovation of e-learning method needs new consideration and breakthrough in the creation of e-learning environment, and in the e-learning resources constructing as well.Ed-ucational practice community uploads to e-network platform to have the same goal, the same work or people of the same interest to form the community of learner’ .By exchanging ideas and sharing knowledge, they may actively learn and discuss in an environment of trust and support .In this way, they may transform knowledge from the individual level into the organization level, and knowledge sharing and innovation will be formed ultimately.The construction and application of community net-work platform for educational practice seems very important in improving the learning ability, inno-vation ability ,and the affective state of the learners, and enhancing learners’ knowledge construc-tion and knowledge sharing for the formation of group intelligence.
