摘要
目的建立中药乳宁丸中菝葜皂苷元含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,提高其质量控制方法。方法采用Waters Sun Fire C_(18)柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以甲醇-水(90:10)为流动相,流速为1.0 m L·min^(-1),应用蒸发光散射检测器检测,漂移管温度55℃,调节气体压力为350 k Pa。结果菝葜皂苷元在进样量为1.18~5.90μg范围内与峰面积对数值呈对数线性关系(r=0.999 5),平均回收率为97.46%,RSD=1.37%(n=9)。结论该方法准确,专属性好,可用于乳宁丸的质量控制。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of sarsasapogenin in Runing Pill. Methods The Waters SunFire C18 column(4. 6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm)was used with the mobile phase of methanol - water (90∶10). The flow rate was 1. 0 mL·min - 1 ,the evaporative light scattering detector was adopted for the detection whose drift tube temperature was 55 ℃ and the gas pressure was 350 kPa. Results The sample size of sarsasapogenin in the range of 1. 18 ~ 5. 90 μg showed a good logarithmic linear relationship with the integral value of the peak area( r =0. 999 5). The average recovery was 97. 46% ,the RSD was 1. 37%(n = 9). Conclusion The method was accurate and specific which can be used for the quality control of Runing Pill.
