叶酸、维生素B_(12)对酒依赖患者血清同型半胱氨酸及事件相关电位的影响 被引量:4

The effect of folic acid and vitamin B_(12) on serum homocysteine and event-related potential in alcohol dependence patients

摘要 目的:探讨叶酸、维生素B_(12)对酒依赖患者同型半胱氨酸水平(homocysteine,Hcy)及事件相关电位(event-related potential,ERP)的影响。方法:将96例男性酒依赖患者随机分为常规治疗组(病例对照组,n=48)和常规治疗联合叶酸、维生素B_(12)治疗组(研究组,n=48),分别于治疗前和治疗8周后测定空腹血清Hcy的水平,采用ERP的方法测定认知功能,并将治疗前检测结果与健康成年男性(健康对照组,n=46)进行比较。结果:治疗前,与健康对照组对比,研究组和病例对照组Hcy水平显著升高,N_2潜伏期(N_2period latency,N_2PL)、P_3潜伏期(P_3period latency,P_3PL)延长,P_3波幅(P_3amplitude,P_3amp)降低。治疗后,与病例对照组和治疗前相比,研究组Hcy水平显著降低,N_2PL、P_3PL缩短,P_3amp增高。研究组与病例对照组Hcy水平与N_2PL、P_3PL呈正相关(P<0.01),与P_3amp呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论:酒依赖患者同型半胱氨酸水平明显升高且与认知损伤有关,补充叶酸及维生素B_(12)可降低酒依赖患者同型半胱氨酸水平并改善认知功能。 Objective: To explore the effect of folic acid and vitamin-B12 on serum homocysteine( Hcy) and event-related potential( ERP) in alcohol dependence patients. Methods: Ninety-six male alcohol dependence patients were randomly devided into two groups. In the case-control group( n = 48),patients were treated with routine therapy. In the study group( n = 48),patients were treated with folic acid,vitamin B12 and routine therapy. ALL patients were treated for 8 weeks. The serum Hcy levels and ERP of the two groups were measured before and after treatment. And the results were compared with those of healthy control group( n = 46).Results: Before treatment,compared with healthy control group,the serum Hcy levels of study group and case-control group were higher,the N_2 period latency( N_2PL) and P_3 period latency( P_3PL) were significantly longer,and the P_3amplitude( P_3amp) were lower.After treatment,compared with case-control group and before treatment,the Hcy level decreased,the N_2 PL,P_3PL decreased,while the P_3 amp increased in the study group. In the study group and case-control group,Hcy level was positively correlated with N2 PL and P3PL( P〈 0. 01),and Hcy level was negatively correlated with P_3amp( P〈 0. 01). Conclusion: In alcohol dependence patients,there is a certain degree of high serum Hcy level and it is associated with cognitive function damage. Folic acid and vitamin B12 treatment can obviously decrease Hcy level and improve cognitive function in alcohol dependence patients.
