2014-2015年某医院注射用药品不良反应情况分析

Analysis on adverse reactions during injections in Wenzhou Central Hospital during 2014- 2015

目的：通过对某三甲医院2014-2015年注射用药品不良反应（ADR）统计,探讨该院接受注射用药品患者发生的不良反应的特点与规律,为临床合理用药提供科学依据。方法：选取该院2014-2015年审核提交上报的1284例注射用药品ADR患者作为研究对象,对患者的各项临床资料进行回顾性分析,并对个案情况和存在问题进行分析。结果：该院注射剂ADR发生以静脉滴注为主,发生人群以60-80岁为主,以皮肤及其附件损害比例最为常见,ADR的结果绝大多数为好转和痊愈。结论：提高医生和药师的专业技能,增强责任心,注重对注射用药品ADR进行监测,并采取合理的措施降低注射用药品ADR的发生率。

Objective： To study the causes and prevention of the adverse reaction in injection drugs. Methods： Reports on adverse reactions in injection were summarized,and the causes and prevention were analyzed during 2014- 2015. Results： injection ADR occurred in the intravenous injection,the population to 60 ~ 80 years of age,the most common skin and its accessories,the proportion of the most common,most of the results of injection ADR is the improvement and recovery,etc. Conclusion： In order to prevent the adverse reactions,it is important to improve the expertise of medical personnel,enhance their sense of responsibility,carry out and improve pharmaceutical services and regulated the rational principles in injections.
