探讨不同分子亚型乳腺癌的MRI征象和病理特征

Explore the MRI and pathological features of different molecular subtypes of breast cancer

目的对不同分子亚型乳腺癌的MRI征象和病理特征进行探讨。方法回顾性分析100例乳腺癌患者的MRI资料,采用免疫组织化学检查将其分为管腔型、基底细胞样型及HER-2过表达型三组,并对其MRI征象和病理特征进行统计学分析。结果 100例患者中,基底细胞样型28例、管腔型56例、HER-2过表达型16例。其中组间肿块样及非肿块样强化无显著性差异;组间病灶、形状及边界的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分子亚型可以对乳腺癌生物学行为的差异进行反映,经MRI检查可对分子亚型进行预测。

Objective To explore the MRI and pathological features of different molecular subtypes of breast cancer. Methods MRI data of 100 cases of breast cancer patients was retrospectively analyzed,they were divided into luminal and basal cell type and HER- 2 over expression type according to immunohistochemistry examination,and the MRI features and pathological characteristics were analyzed statistically. Results Among the 100 cases,basal like type 28 cases,56 were luminal and HER- 2 over expression type 16 cases. There was no significant difference within the groups about mass and non mass like enhancement,but the differences of lesion and shape and boundary were significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Molecular subtypes may reflect differences in the biological behavior of breast cancer,MRI detection can predict the molecular subtypes.
