摘要
目的探讨系统化培训方法在提高新护士服务质量中的作用。方法采用区组随机分组法,将研究对象分为实验组和对照组,对两组新护士的无菌采血时间、体检客户的疼痛程度、体检客户的满意程度以及科干对她们的考核评分进行比较。结果实验组的各项满意度评分均明显高于对照组;无菌采血时间明显短于对照组,无菌采血后体检人员的疼痛评分明显低于对照组;实验组与对照组相比,在沟通能力、协调能力、执行能力、工作表现考核评分均明显更高。结论体检中心新护士经系统化培训,对护理服务质量的提升具有显著效果。
Objective Investigate the application of systematic training approach improving the quality of services for new nurses. Methods Dividing the object of study into experimental group and control group with randomized block method. The sterile blood operating time of medical staff,degree of pain of the patients,satisfaction of patients,as well as the assessment score was compared. Results The satisfaction score of the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group. Time of sterile venous blood collection of the experimental was significantly shorter than of the control group,and pain scores of the test group was significantly lower than the control group. Compared with the control group,the scores about communication,coordination,execution and performance of the test group were significantly higher than the control group. Conclusions The systematic training approach significantly enhancing the quality of new nurses.
