摘要
目的应用360度绩效考核对专科护士进行考核,提高专科护士工作效率。方法运用360度绩效考核对专科护士进行考核,通过本人、上级、同事、服务的患者等全方位的各个角度来考核专科护士的绩效。结果考核实施前后专科护理工作效率、专业能力、专业发展比较P<0.05。结论运用360度绩效考核对专科护士进行考核,可以提高专科护士工作效率。
Objective The nurse specialists were examined by using the 360 degree performance appraisal,aimed to improve efficiency. Methods The nurse specialists were examined by using the 360 degree performance appraisal,the nurse specialist was examined by the point of view of themselves,their boss,colleagues and the patient they serviced. Results Compared to the before,the efficiency,professionalcompetence and professional development were much better( P〈0. 05). Conclusions The application of 360 degree performance appraisal could improve the efficiency of nurse specialist.
