Political Issues of Climate Control

在当代进程中,气候失律导致气候灾疫频发,并危及人类存在安全和可持续生存,为此,气候治理成为必然并孕育气候政治学诞生。气候政治学研究就是为气候治理和人类自救提供政治引导的智慧和方法。气候政治学须获得全球视野和世界胸襟,搭建解决气候治理上出现的认知冲突、伦理冲突、利益冲突、责任冲突的政治共识桥梁,并以原则政治原则、生境政治原则、责任政治原则为根本准则和价值导向,探讨气候权力规范,构建社会公正和气候资源平等分配的全球框架,为从根本上解决"气候何以得治"和"人类何以实现自救"铺平广阔的政治道路。

In the present time,the disorder of climate causes the frequent occurrence of weather disasters and endangers the security of human beings and their sustainable survival. Therefore,the control of climate has become a necessity,which leads to the emergency of climate politics. Climate politics research aims to provide political leading wisdom and methods for climate control and self-rescue of human beings. Climate politics should obtain a global version and a world mind so as to construct a bridge of political consensus to solve the conflicts of cognition,ethics,interests and responsibility emerging in climate control. It should take the principles of principle politics,habitat politics,and responsible politics as the fundamental rules and valuable guidance,and it should inquire the global framework of social justice and equitable distribution of climate resource,and inquire the power specification. Thus,a wide political road might be laid to resolve fundamentally the problems of ＂ why climate can be controlled＂ and ＂ how human beings can rescue themselves＂.
