摘要
堆积型铝土矿洗矿泥浆自然沉降排水困难,现阶段大多数氧化铝厂采用的排泥库湿法堆存泥浆安全隐患大。本文研究了不同脱水剂对泥浆的脱水效果,分析了洗矿泥浆脱水后分离水及泥层的物理性质。实验表明脱水剂能快速有效的降低泥浆的含水量,脱水后分离水及泥浆满足国家相关规范要求,可用于生产实际。本次试验为洗矿泥浆干法处置提供了有力的理论和技术支持。
As accumulated bauxite ore washing slurry have problems of natural sedimentation drainage, most alumina refineries have high security risk of using slurry dumping yard for stockpiled slurry by wet process at present. Effects of different dehydrating agent on slurry are studied and the physical properties of separated water and slurry layer after ore washing slurry dehydration are analyzed in this paper. The experiment shows that dehydrating agent can quickly and effectively reduce the water content of the slurry, the separated water and slurry layer after dehydration meet relevant national regulatory requirements, it can be used for actual production. The experiment results provide strong theoretical and technical support for ore -washing slurry by dry process.
