工艺历史数据库(PHD)在氧化铝管控系统中的应用

Application of Process History Database to Management-Control Integration system for alumina refineries

生产过程自动化是制造企业信息化建设的基础,生产数据的采集、分析、优化是信息化建设的核心。本文主要研究利用霍尼韦尔的生产信息集成平台建设氧化铝管控一体化系统。最后以某氧化铝厂为例介绍了该平台在数据采集、数据存储及处理和信息展示上的具体应用。

Process automation is keystone of information construction for the manufacture corporation and meanwhile the core of information construction is tbe collection, analysis, and optimization of process data. In this paper how to set up the Management - Control Integration System （MCI） of alumina refinery by the process information integration platform of Honeywell is focused on. At last, the application of this platform in the data collection, data storage and handling, and information exposition is illustrated by one alumina refinery.
