摘要
文中介绍了某电厂600MW亚临界锅炉排烟温度过高、减温水量超标、煤耗较高等问题。采用热力计算方法对其进行改造分析,分析改造对锅炉运行的影响,论证改造方案的可行性并选择较优方案。按照选定方案改造后在630MW实际煤种工况下可降低排烟温度约10℃,减少减温水量约90t/h,单机煤耗率下降约1.92g/(kW·h)。
Intruducing a 600 MW Subcritical Boiler whichsome problems were happened in. Exhaustgastemperature exceeded is designated value. The attemperation water flow amountwas much larger than the designed value, and coal consumption is much higher. Then, according to the two retrofit schemes, detailed thermal calculations are carried out separately. By comparing the result of the two retrofit schemes, a better one is chosed. The retrofit scheme show that the exhaust gastemperature is reduced by about 10 ℃, the attemperation water flow amount is reduced by about 90 t/h and the coal consumption is reduced by about 1.92 g/(kW · h).
