天麻钩藤饮治疗风阳上扰型急性脑梗死氧化应激机制临床研究 被引量:18

Clinical Study on Oxidative Stress Mechanism of Acute Cerebral Infarction of Wind Yang Hyperactivity Treated by Tianma Gouteng Decoction

摘要 目的 :研究天麻钩藤饮治疗风阳上扰型急性脑梗死的氧化应激作用机制。方法 :选择风阳上扰型急性脑梗死患者100例,随机分为治疗组56例和对照组44例,对照组给予脑梗死常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加服天麻钩藤饮,以7 d为1疗程,共治疗2疗程。观察两组治疗前后血清丙二醛(MDA)、氧化型低密度脂蛋白(ox-LDL)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化酶(GSH-PX)水平及神经功能缺失评分的变化。结果:两组治疗后MDA、ox-LDL水平均降低,SOD、GSH-PX水平均升高;与对照组比较,治疗组各项氧化应激指标、神经功能缺失评分、改善更为显著,治疗组临床疗效较好,与对照组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:天麻钩藤饮治疗风阳上扰型急性脑梗死的临床疗效肯定,其作用机制可能是通过拮抗急性脑梗死氧化应激作用这一途径实现的。 Objective:To study the oxidative stress mechanism of acute cerebral infarction of wind Yang hyperactivity type treaded by Tianma Gouteng decoction. Methods:Total 100 patients with acute cerebral infarction of wind Yang hyperactivity type were randomly divided into the treatment group(56 patients) and control group(44 patients). The conventional treatment was given to the two groups while Tianma Gouteng decoction was only given to the treatment group for two courses,7 days in each course. The serum levels of malondialdehyde(MDA),oxidized low density lipoprotein(ox-LDL),superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX) and the changes of nerve function defect score were observed before and after treatment.Results:The levels of MDA and ox-LDL decreased,the levels of SOD and GSH-PX elevated. Oxidative stress indicators of the treatment group were improved compared with those of the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion:Tianma Gouteng decoction had good curative effect in treating acute cerebral infarction of wind Yang hyperactivity type. The mechanism may be realized through the way of oxidative stress of acute cerebral infarction.
