摘要 目的:研究桂红胶囊的提取工艺,确定最佳的提取工艺条件。方法:以挥发油、红景天苷、浸膏率、乙醇可溶物的提取量为指标,采用正交试验法优选提取方法和参数。结果:将桂枝粉碎成粗粉,与罗勒加8倍量水,共同浸泡2 h,采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油5 h,提取挥发油后的药液另器保存;将提取挥发油后的药渣加水煎煮两次,第一次加8倍量水,第二次加6倍量水,每次煎煮2 h;提取液与提取挥发油后的药液合并,浓缩至相对密度为1.05-1.08(55℃),加乙醇使其含醇量为60%,静置8 h,滤过,滤液与银杏叶提取液合并。结论:确定的工艺合理、稳定,重现性好,有效成分提出率高,为桂红胶囊的生产提供了依据。 Objective:To optimize the extracting processes in Guihong capsule manufacturing and to determine the best conditions for the extraction process. Methods:Optimized extraction processes were investigated by using orthogonal design. The essential oil,Rhodiola glucoside,extraction rate,alcohol extracts were used as indicators in the investigation. Results:Taking 8 times water as solvent,cassia twig were milled into coarse powder and soaked for 2 hours after mixing with basil. The essential oil was extracted by means of steam distillation for 5 hours. After extracting volatile oil,the drug soup was preserved in another container.Dregs of decoction were extracted in sequence twice with 8 and 6 times volume of water,and 2 hours per time. The extract and drug soup which has extracted volatile oil were mixed,condensing to the relative density of 1.05-1.08(55 ℃). Ethanol was added to make the alcohol content 60%,for 8 hours,filtrated.The filtrate was mixed with ginkgo biloba extract. Conclusion:The optimized processes are rational,stable,repeatable and with high yield of active constituents,which supply references for the production of Guihong capsule.
