摘要
自进入21世纪以来,我国的翻译专业学位教育取得了迅猛的发展,同时也存在一些亟待解决的问题。笔者建议:(1)鉴于大多数开设BTI和MTI专业的高校培养的应是具有初、中级翻译能力的多用途、通用型兼职翻译人才,而非职业翻译,MTI教学应考虑学生口译和笔译能力的同步发展,设立口笔译为一体的口笔译专业。(2)在课程设置和教学要求中增加提高语言能力与文化修养的课程。(3)要始终把握好正确的输入和输出比例,加强输入环节的学习。(4)非文学翻译与文学翻译的训练并重。(5)关注借助新技术提高翻译效率和教学效果。(6)加强师资队伍建设,教师应为长期从事专业翻译的专业教师或业界的职业翻译。(7)建立严格的考核测评体系,严格毕业要求,甚至可实行中期淘汰制。
The development of BTI and MTI Education in China has been very rapid since the 21^(st) century. At the same time,there are still some problems to be solved. The authors of this article offer the following solutions: 1) Integrating the curriculum of MT and MI for the synchronous development of translation and interpretation competence. 2) Offering more courses to enhance language competence and cultural attainment. 3) Increasing input acquisition in teaching. 4) Laying equal stress on literary translation and non-literary translation training. 5) Employing new technology to improve teaching efficiency. 6) Stressing the qualifications of teachers,who are either professionals or experienced in translation practice. 7) Establishing a strict evaluation system for degree assessment,with interim elimination taken into consideration.
