产前超声检查对胎儿先天性心脏病的诊断价值

Diagnostic value of prenatal ultrasound for fetal congenital heart disease

目的：研究产前超声检查对胎儿先天性心脏病的诊断价值。方法采用胎儿左右室流出道、四腔心、三血管切面的四切面法进行胎儿先天性心脏病检查。结果在声像图质量显示完全良好的2681例患者中，有52例胎儿被诊断为先天性心脏病，在出生后新生儿经超声诊断或经引产后进行胎儿尸检有45例患者为先天性心脏病，诊断准确率为86.5％。在2600例患者中，出生后新生儿经超声诊断或经引产后进行胎儿尸检后发现56例，超声检查漏查4例，漏查率为7.1％。产前超声检查对先天性心脏病的诊断准确率为80.4％。结论采用产前超声检查胎儿先天性心脏病情况具有操作简单、方便、安全性高、无创伤、敏感度高等优点，对于早期发现先天性心脏病胎儿具有重要的作用。同时，产前超声检查对于有效干预和提高我国人口素质具有积极的作用，值得临床广泛推广。

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of prenatal ultrasound on congenital heart disease. Methods The fetal congenital heart disease was screened by fetal left and right ventricu-lar outflow tract,four chamber and three vessels inspection. Results In the sonogram showed 2681 ca-ses of complete good quality,52 cases of fetus was diagnosed with congenital heart disease in newborns, after birth by fetal ultrasound diagnosis after autopsy or by induction of 45 patients with congenital heart disease,the diagnostic accuracy was 86. 5% . In 2600 patients in the newborn after ultrasound diagnosis of fetal autopsy or by induction of labor after birth found 56 cases,4 cases of ultrasound leak investiga-tion,the rate of leak check was 7. 1% . The accuracy rate of prenatal ultrasound diagnosis of congenital heart disease was 80. 4% . Conclusions Using prenatal ultrasound for fetal congenital heart disease ca-ses is simple,convenient,safe,non-invasive and sensitive,has an important role in the early detection of congenital heart disease in fetus. Meanwhile,prenatal ultrasound has positive effects on effective inter-ventions and improve the quality of our population,is worthy to be popularized in clinics.
