钙激活氯通道 TMEM16A 在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达及其临床意义 被引量:1

Expression and clinical significance of calcium activated chloride channel TMEM16A in endometrial carcinoma

摘要 目的:探讨 TMEM16A 在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达特征以及其临床应用价值。方法选取2012年3月至2014年3月妇科经手术治疗及病理诊断为子宫内膜癌的患者48例,并以同期良性子宫病变且子宫内膜正常病例50例作为对照组,进行病理组织的生化检验,比较 TMEM16A 的表达情况。结果子宫内膜癌患者TMEM16A 评分均为阳性,﹢、﹢﹢和﹢﹢﹢的比例分别为16.7%、33.3%、50.0%;对照组主要表现为阴性和弱阳性,比例分别为68.0%和32.0%;两组间数据比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=49.980,3.114,19.919,33.108,P ﹤0.01)。临床分期Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ期子宫内膜癌患者 TMEM16A 表达阳性率分别为44.4%、100%、100%,比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=11.429,P ﹤0.01);组织学分级 G1、G2、G3的阳性率分别为55.6%、88.9%、100%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.273,P ﹤0.01);肌层浸润﹤1/2和≥1/2的阳性率分别为73.7%和100%,比较差异未见统计学意义(χ2=3.324, P ﹥0.05)。结论 TMEM16A 参与了子宫内膜癌的恶变和进展的病理过程,与疾病的发病机制具有相关性。 Objective To investigate the expression features of TMEM16A and its clinical application value in en-dometrial carcinoma. Methods Forty-eight cases of gynecological after surgical treatment and pathological diagnosis of en-dometrial cancer patients from March 2012 to March 2014 were selected,and 50 patients with benign uterus lesions and normal endometrium were selected as control group,they were all given the biochemical test of pathological tissue,and compared the expression of TMEM16A. Results The scores of TMEM16A in endometrial carcinoma group were positive, the rates of ﹢ ,﹢ ﹢ and ﹢ ﹢ ﹢ were 16. 7% ,33. 3% and 50. 0% ;the control group mainly for negative and weak posi-tive,the rates were 68. 0% and 32. 0% ,the data between the two groups has statistically significant difference(χ2 =49. 980, 3. 114,19. 919,33. 108,P ﹤0. 01). The positive expression rates of TMEM16A inⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ stage endometrial cancer patients were 44. 4% ,100% and 100% ,the difference was significant(χ2 = 11. 429,P ﹤ 0. 01);The positive rate of histological grade G1,G2,G3 were 55. 6% ,88. 9% and 100% ,the difference was significant(χ2 = 10. 273,P ﹤ 0. 01);The positive rates of muscle invasive ﹤1/ 2 and more than 1/ 2 were 73. 7% and 100% ,there were no significant differences between the two group(χ2 =3. 324,P ﹥0. 05). Conclusions TMEM16A is involved in the pathological process of the malignant trans-formation and progression of endometrial cancer,associated with the disease pathogenesis.
