氢氧化钙碘仿糊剂应用于根尖周病治疗的疗效

Efficacy of calcium hydroxide iodoform paste on periapical disease treatment

目的：探讨氢氧化钙碘仿糊剂治疗根尖周病的临床疗效。方法随机选择2013年3月至2014年5月在驻马店市第一人民医院接受治疗的200例根尖周病患者，将所有患者分为研究组和对照组进行研究分析，研究组采用氢氧化钙碘仿糊剂治疗，对照组采用甲醛甲酚进行治疗，对比分析两组患者的临床疗效。结果两组治疗后临床症状均得到一定的改善，研究组总有效率明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05）。结论氢氧化钙碘仿糊剂治疗根尖周病具有理想的临床效果，可改善患者根尖周疾病，值得临床推广使用。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of calcium hydroxide iodoform paste on periapical disease. Methods Two hundred patients with apical from March 2013 to May 2014 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,the study group were treated with calcium hydroxide iodoform paste treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results After a period of treatment,the clinical symptoms improved in both groups,the total effective rate in the study group was better than that in the control group（P ﹤ 0. 05）. Conclusions Calcium hydroxide iodoform paste periapical disease treatment,with the ideal clinical results,improve patient periapical disease,should be introduced.
