Application of tracking methodology in nursing teaching Process in operating room

摘要 目的:通过追踪方法学优化手术室带教工作流程,提高实习护士专科学习效果。方法根据追踪方法学的理论基础,将追踪步骤运用到带教工作中,比较对照组与实验组理论操作成绩、师生互评结果、学生对科室及老师的满意度结果。结果应用追踪方法学进行优化手术室带教工作流程后,实验组的各项对比数据高于对照组,前后比较差异均有统计学意义( P ﹤0.01)。结论追踪方法学适用于手术室及其他科室的带教工作中,值得广泛推广。 Objective To improve the learning effect of professional by tracking methodology to optimize process of nursing teaching in operating room. Methods According to tracking methodology,the tracking procedure has been applied in teaching tasks. Theoretical implementation score of control group and experimental,the result of mutual evaluation,the satisfaction of nursing student about the operating room and teachers were compared. Results After the application of tracking methodology to optimize the process of nursing teaching,all data of experimental group is higher than control group, the difference was significant(P ﹤ 0. 01). Conclusions Tracking methodology is suitable for nursing teaching in operating room or other departments,and is worthy of being promoted.
