ALK阴性小肠间变性大细胞淋巴瘤出血死亡一例
摘要
患者，男，28岁，因“发热30余天，便血4天”于2014年12月10日入院，患者30天前出现发热，体温最高40．0℃，曾于外院就诊，行结核相关检查、骨髓穿刺活检、血培养未见异常，病毒系列未见阳性病原学结果，诊断不明确，为控制发热，曾给地塞米松静脉注射治疗，患者发热无明显缓解，体温39℃以上，呈稽留热。
