摘要
管线投产以来,若实际输量长期低于管线的设计最小输量,便会处于低输量运行状态,将存在很大的安全隐患。通过考虑物性参数、油温沿径向的变化等因素,模拟计算了该输油管道冬季和夏季详细工况,得出运行过程中温度、压力等参数分布,通过对比两种工况数据可知:管内温度下降速率显著受地温的影响,夏季地温高于冬季,但停输过程中温降速率明显低于冬季;再启动开始时,夏季管线内的温度高于冬季,到达稳定所需的时间更短,压力也更低。
Since pipelines commissioning, actual throughout has been below the minimum design throughout, the operating state is in low throughout, which can result in a big security risk. By considering the physical parameters, the radial direction oil change and other factors, the operating conditions of the pipeline in winter and summer were simulated in detail, distribution of the operation parameters including temperature, pressure, etc. were obtained; the operation data under the two conditions were compared. The results show that, temperature drop rate in the pipe can be significantly affected by the ground temperature, the ground temperature in summer is higher than that in winter, the temperature drop rate during the shutdown in summer is significantly lower than that the winter; during restarting, the temperature in the pipe in summer is higher than that in winter, the time to reach stable state is shorter, the pressure is lower.
