摘要 在对各类动力装置能效利用水平的分析中,采用较多的是传统热效率计算方法,但它不能直接反应装置中各部分不可逆因素引起的做功能力损失,而分析正好弥补了这一缺点。本文依据能量平衡模型及能量平衡方程,利用正反平衡两种计算方法,定量分析了锅炉的效率。分析得出,整个系统的损失主要由燃烧损和传热损两部分组成,文中最后提出了系统的节能改造措施。 At present, traditional heat efficiency method is often used in analysis of energy efficiency of power plants. But it can't directly express the loss of the work ability in all parts of the unit because of the irreversibility and the total loss of the work ability in the cycle. The method of exergy analysis can remedy above problem in analysis of the loss of the work ability. According to the energy balance equation, forward and back equilibrium ways were introduced to calculate the exergy efficient of the boiler, and several measures were put forward to realize the energy conservation in the cycle.
