摘要
三聚氯氰生产过程中,氯化氰气体脱水工序一直使用块状氯化钙干燥剂,脱水效果不好,且运行阻力随着时间的延长增加明显。经过筛选,使用球状氯化钙新型干燥剂后,脱水效果更好,运行阻力更低,且更稳定。
In cyanuric chloride production, clumpy CaCl2 desiccant is always used to dry cyanogen chloride gas, but its dehydration effect is not good, and the running resistance increases obviously with the running time. After screening and using spherical CaCl2 desiccant, the dehydration effect becomes better, and the running resistance is low and stable.
