基于超效率CCR-DEA的国有物流企业绩效实证分析——基于16家上市物流企业的样本数据

An Empirical Analysis on the State-owned Logistic Enterprises Based on SUP-CCR-DEA

现代物流业作为国民经济的基础性、支柱性、战略性和综合性产业,对我国经济发展起着至关重要的作用。本文利用超效率CCR-DEA数据包络分析法,基于2006—2015年在A股上市的16家国有物流企业的面板数据,从微观视角实证检验国有物流企业纯技术效率、规模效率与综合效率。研究结果表明并不存在显著的规模效率,与规模无效率相比,纯技术无效率是影响国有物流企业综合绩效的主要根源;纯技术效率、规模效率与综合效率都处于最优的国有物流企业较少,且个体差异特征明显;国有物流企业总体绩效水平不高但呈现增长的趋势,发展能力在逐步提升。

Modern logistics industry,the foundation,pillar,strategic and integrated industry of our national economy,is of great significance to China＇s economic development. With the help of SUP-CCR-DEA and the panel data of 16 listed stateowned logistic enterprises from 2006 to 2015,the authors testified the pure technical,scale and comprehensive efficiency of state-owned logistic enterprises from micro angle. It is found that,first,there is no obvious scale efficiency;second,comparing to scale inefficiency,pure technical inefficiency is the main cause that have negative impact on the comprehensive performance of state-owned logistic enterprises;third,there are only a few state-owned logistic enterprises with optimal pure technical,scale and comprehensive efficiency,which have their own different characteristics;and fourth,the overall performance level of stateowned logistic enterprises is not very high,but it is going up,which is demonstrating their increasingly improved capability for development.
