发动机多喷嘴流量试验器的研究

摘要 针对飞机发动机喷嘴流量检测问题.在模拟燃油进入喷嘴实际情况的基础上,设计了一种多喷嘴流量试验器,通过收集各个喷嘴燃油并测量液位的方式来计算各个喷嘴的流量;采用S7-300为系统控制核心,使用磁致伸缩液位传感器测量液位,该方法测量简单、精确;在控制燃油温度上,提出了PID与前馈控制相结合的控制算法,实现温度的准确控制;系统还配置了计算机和触摸屏,可以在控制室或实验现场进行控制和监测. The detection of nozzle flow is a necessary process in the manufacture of aircraft engine nozzle. A method which can collect the fuel of various nozzles and measure the liquid level is proposed to calculate the flow rate of each nozzle based on the actual situation simulation of the process of fuel into the nozzle in the system design of multi-nozzle flow tester; The level measurement can be simple and accurate in the use of magnetostrictive level sensor under the control of S7-300; A control algorithm which combines the PID and feedforward control achieves precise control of temperature in the control of fuel temperature. Control and monitoring can be easily achieved in control room or experimental site with the equipment of the computer and HMI.
