高淋巴结转移兔舌癌移植瘤模型建立的研究进展

The Research Progress of Establishing the Transplantation Tumor Models of Rabbit Tongue Cancer with High Lymph Node Metastasis

舌癌发病率高,且早期易发生颈部淋巴结转移,而是否发生淋巴结转移对患者的治疗和预后会产生重大影响。动物模型在舌癌的研究中起着十分重要的作用,兔具有一定免疫力,更适合于舌癌及其淋巴结转移机制的研究,是目前常用的舌癌动物模型。而建立具有高淋巴结转移潜能的动物模型尤为必要,它将推动舌癌防治和淋巴结转移规律的研究。

The higher morbidity of tongue cancer and the earlier metastasis to cervical lymph node will directly affect the treatment and prognosis of patients. Animal models play an important role in the study of tongue cancer,and rabbits have a certain immunity,therefore are more suitable for the study of tongue cancer and lymph node metastasis mechanisms,which are commonly used animal models of tongue cancer. The animal models with a high potential of lymph node metastasis is especially necessary,which promotes the research of tongue cancer’s prevention,treatment and the lymph node metastatic pattern.
