摘要
共轭亚油酸(CLA)及其衍生物是反刍动物食品(牛肉、羊肉以及奶制品等)中的天然成分,近年来可以通过人工合成CLA及其衍生物。研究表明,当实验动物接受CLA及其衍生物喂养时,能减少乳腺癌、皮肤癌以及结肠癌等癌症的发生。CLA及其衍生物抗肿瘤的机制可能包括抑制肿瘤的发生、抑制癌症细胞的增殖、诱导凋亡。此外,CLA及其衍生物还能调节脂质代谢以及调控基因表达等。该文就近年来CLA及其衍生物对肿瘤作用机制的研究进展进行综述。
Conjugated linoleic acid( CLA) is the natural compound derived from ruminants( beef,lamb and dairy products). In the recent years,CLA and its derivatives can be synthesized artificially. Some studies have found that when the experimental animals are fed with CLA,the incidence of mammary,skin and colon cancer is decreased. The mechanisms may include inhibition of tumorigenesis,proliferation and induction of apoptosis. Furthermore,CLA and its derivatives can also modulate the lipid metabolism and gene expression.Here is to make a review of the research progress in the possible anti-cancer mechanisms of CLA and its derivatives.
