超声心动图在评价心房颤动患者左心房功能中的应用

Value of the Echocardiography for Assessing Left Atrial Function in Patients with Atrial Fibrillation

心房颤动是临床常见的心律失常之一,严重影响了左心房的结构和功能,且可能引起脑卒中等并发症。目前,超声心动图是评价左心房功能首选的检查方法,其主要有左心房容积、实时三维超声心动图、斑点追踪技术、组织多普勒、左心房功能指数等,这些检查手段能比较准确地反映左心房的受损程度,为临床制订治疗方案和判断预后提供了依据。

Atrial fibrillation is one of common arrhythmias in clinical,seriously influencing the structure and function of the left atrium,which may cause complications such as stroke. At present,the echocardiography evaluating left atrial function is the preferred examination method,including left atrial volume,realtime three-dimensional echocardiography,speckle tracking imaging,tissue Doppler imaging,and left atrial function index,etc. These tests can accurately reflect of the damage level of the left atrium,providing basis for the clinical treatment and prognosis judgment.
