支气管镜介入技术在气道狭窄性疾病治疗中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 由于支气管镜下新的介入诊疗技术的不断涌现及推广,各种原因所致的气道(包括气管、左右主支气管及中间段支气管等)狭窄均可以通过实施此项技术来进行治疗,支气管镜介入技术具有安全、创伤小、特异性高等优点,其将逐渐取代传统胸外科手术治疗成为治疗气道狭窄的重要方法。近年来气道狭窄性疾病的发生率逐渐升高,严重影响患者的生活质量,随着医疗工作者对支气管镜介入技术认识的不断深入,目前针对此项技术在气道狭窄疾病治疗中的应用逐渐成为一个新兴的医疗热点。 Since new bronchoscopy interventional technology continues to emerge and become popular,all kinds of the airway stenosis( including trachea,left and right main bronchus and middle segment bronchus etc.) can be treated by this technique. It has the advantages of high safety,small trauma and high specificity,and will gradually replace the traditional thoracic surgical treatment,becoming an important method for the treatment of airway stenosis. In recent years,the gradually increased incidence of the disease has seriously affected the quality of life. As the deepening of the understanding of the medical workers of bronchoscopy,the application of this technology in the treatment of airway stenosis has gradually become a new medical hot spot.
