摘要
近年来,随着海外电站的大规模兴建,业主为节省投资,且对水电站工程了解不多,常常要求优化引水系统而取消调压室,或需要设计单位对引水系统是否设置调压室作出合理解释。由于国内外对于调压室设置的理解和标准均存在差异,有必要对设置调压室的条件进行研究。依托哥斯达黎加圣巴勃罗水电站工程的设计,从调压室设置的原理入手,论述了国内早期和目前对于调压室设置方面的要求,并结合国外对于调压室的设置条件以及控制标准,充分论述了该工程设置调压室的必要性。
A growing number of hydropower stations are being built overseas in recent years. As the owners of projects attempt to save investment and are often inadequately acquainted with hydropower stations,they usually tend to demand optimization of the diversion system and canceling surge chamber,or a reasonable explanation of the necessity of surge chamber on the part of the designer. Due to the difference in the understanding and standards of surge chambers between China and other countries,it is essential to study the conditions for the set- up of surge chambers. With the design of San Pablo Hydropower Station in Costa Rica as an example,based on the principles of setting up surge chambers,early and current domestic requirements for the set- up of surge chambers are discussed,and the necessity of setting up a surge chamber in the station is analyzed according to overseas set- up conditions and control standards.
