摘要 随着经济社会的发展,水利水电工程的建设需求越来越大,同时产生大量的水库移民安置问题。选取贵州省水库移民安置的3种主要方式,即大分散、小集中安置,城镇化安置和长期补偿安置作为研究对象,建立核心指标体系,构建综合评价模型,并对不同安置方式的安置效果进行综合评价。基于评价结果,结合对贵州省情的分析,提出提高贵州水库移民安置效果的建议,即贵州水库移民安置的最佳选择应是以城镇化安置为主的复合型安置方式。 With the development of society and economy,the demand for hydropower project construction is growing,which brings forth a lot of issues related to reservoir resettlement. An index system and a comprehensive evaluation model are established to compare and assess the effectiveness of three reservoir resettlement modes in Guizhou Province,namely,the mode of concentrated resettlement supplemented by scattered resettlement,the mode of resettlement through urbanization,the mode of resettlement through long- term compensation. Based on the evaluation results and analysis on the reality of Guizhou Province,suggestions for enhancing the effectiveness of reservoir resettlement in the province and the conclusion that mixed resettlement modes dominated by urbanization is the optimal option are put forward.
